Local design service
engineeringwithlight.com offers an on-site garden lighting design service for clients based within approximately 100 miles of our office in Lymington, Hampshire. Broadly speaking, this encompasses Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Surrey, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and southwest London.
Whether you wish to light a compact urban space or larger rural garden, our bespoke garden lighting design service is here to help you create an exterior lighting scheme that meets your brief while being sympathetic with your surroundings. With over 100 light designs, five lighting technologies and a choice of 316 stainless steel, solid copper, solid bronze, solid brass, brushed Hydrics™ and 10 captivating powder coat colours, we have a lighting solution for almost every location and every mood.
Our garden lighting design service typically involves one or two visits to your site. During the first visit we discuss the effects you want to create with your exterior and/or garden lighting and then talk you through the best ways to achieve it. Then, usually within a couple of days, we will send you a written proposal, including a product recommendation and specification for each light fitting, together with full costings.
For more complicated lighting schemes, we may suggest we return to your site a second time to brief your electrical installer. Alternatively, we are happy to liaise with your installer by phone or email. We make a charge for our onsite garden lighting design service of £120.00 (including VAT), payable at the time of our first site visit. This fee, however, is fully refundable on any subsequent purchase you make with us.
