These new high performance Cree 6 Watt MR16 LEDs produce a light output approximately equivalent to 30 watts of standard halogen, yet they use just 6 watts, making them exceptionally energy efficient. They generate virtually no heat and their extremely long lamp life substantially reduces maintenance. They are compatible with all Hunza® MR16 outdoor lights, except Retro™ fittings. Cree 6 Watt MR16 LEDs offer a choice of two beam widths – 30° and 60° – so they have the versatility to create a range of lighting effects. Their light colour is Warm White (3000K) which is a very close match to halogen. Cree 6 Watt MR16 LEDs require a 12 volt electricity supply - we recommend the Lightech 12 Watt LED driver, or Light Ideas Outdoor Transformers (they are not compatible with electronic transformers).
