In response to customer requests, Hunza® is now offering a new version of the Tree Mount Kit that attaches to trees without compromising the integrity of the bark. It uses a one-metre rubber strap that expands as the tree grows. The original version of the Hunza Tree Mount Kit (still available) uses screws to secure it to the tree's trunk or branch.

Both versions of the Tree Mount Kit are designed to be used in conjunction with the Hunza NPS Spot and the Hunza Tree Mount Metal Halide to create 'moonlight' effects, light taller structures or uplight the crowns of taller trees. The dome is made from extremely tough UV-stable glass-filled Nylon 66 that is compatible with aluminium, copper and 316 stainless steel light fittings. The cable connection is made neatly inside the dome.
