Hunza® Wall Mount Transformers have a black UV stabilised glass reinforced Nylon 66 case for durability that also maintains a low operating temperature. The transformer is encapsulated into the case for protection against weather and irrigation systems. The multi-tapped output of 12, 13 or 14 volts enables longer runs of cable to be used without visible voltage drop. To calculate the size of transformer required, simply add up the wattages of all the 12 volt halogen and/or 12 volt LEDs to be powered. To ensure maximum transformer life, do not operate these transformers at less than 50% of their maximum load.
